Shannon was very professional and at the same time personal and friendly. This was reassuring since we were lookin for our first house and very nervous. She let us look on our own and didn't pressure us into anything we said we didn't like. She was also helpful with the closing process, telling us to ask for this and that; making it clear what was a good deal and what wasn't. She was also easy to get in contact with. It was so easy to text her and she responded very quickly. I still contact her even though we've closed on our house 6 months ago.
